The Tribune Cognizance Scrap Book Competition

To promote the habit of newspaper reading among children, The Tribune newspaper organized Cognizance Scrap Book Competition for school students wherein they were required to read, select and cut specified newspaper clippings and make a scrap book with the same. A total of eleven students were acknowledged in a prize distribution ceremony held in the school. Priya Jain of Class VII- G who emerged as the overall topper of the state, won a laptop as the first prize. She was felicitated by the Principal Mr. Sudarshan Sonar, in presence of her parents and a team of two representatives from the Tribune newspaper. Other students to receive Consolation prizes were – Falguni Raina (VII- E), RisheeshBhat (VIII – A) &JasleenKaur(IX – C). Further, 7 other students also received the certificate of participation in the same event.
