JMC organizes Quiz Competition at Delhi Public School, Jammu

An Inter House Quiz Competition was organized by JMC in Delhi Public School, Jammu on 25-7-15. It was intended to propagate the message of Swachh Bharat Mission amongst the youth as their involvement is paramount important.
MLA (East) Govt. of J&K Sh. Rajesh Gupta graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Sh Saujanya Sharma, Commissioner, was the Guest of Honour.

Welcoming the gathering Principal Ms. Ruchi Chabra highlighted the importance of such activities. She apprised the guests about students’ participation in similar activities on Swachhta mission on previous occasions.
The Commissioner JMC, Sh. Saujanya Sharma in his address stressed upon the importance of cleanliness & role of the students in getting Jammu in the list of Smart Cities. The school choir presented a song on the occasion. The Quiz Master Dr. Zafar Iqbal conducted the whole event very professionally. The Chief Guest also sought the participation of the making SBM a success. Jehlum House bagged the 1st prize, followed by Chenab and Ganga. Consolation prize went to Tawi and Yamuna. The Headmistress Ms. Meenu Gupta presented the vote for thanks and stressed on the tree plantation, Sanitation facilities and paving a way for Swachh Bharat eventually.
