DPS JAMMU ORGANIZED ‘INTER HOUSE QUIZ-BEE COMPETITION’

To give a different edge to learning and take students outside course books, DPS Jammu organised an Inter-House Quiz Competition’ Quiz- Bee’ for class VI students. It provided an arena to them where the bright ones converged together and attempted to score the most points. Two students from each of 5 Houses participated in the competition. The Quiz comprised of 6 Rounds-firing questions extracted from different subjects such as General Knowledge, Science, Maths, Social studies followed by Audio-visual round. The final Rapid fire round took the quiz to the climax by brainstorming the students’ deep knowledge and wisdom. In the neck to neck competition, the competition was won by Ganga House while the Runners-Up trophy was bagged by Tawi House.
Ms. Meenu Gupta, Headmistress DPS Jammu while appreciating the students’ performance asked them to develop habit of reading newspapers and books to keep themselves abreast with the latest happenings around them.
Ms. Ruchi Chabra, Principal DPS Jammu congratulated the students for their brilliant performance. She also encouraged other participants to work hard so that they may also win the competition.
