Delhi Public School Won Inter School Declamation Contest

Adhiveer Sharma of class X A of Delhi Public School, Jammu, won first prize and a cash award of Rs 1600/- (Rupees Sixteen Hundred) in the Inter School Declamation Contest, organized by Navi Dogri Sansthan at DBN School, Talab Tillo on 23rd April 2016. The theme for the event was “Should Progress be at the Cost of Social Values”. The program was judged by Mr. Nidhi Kaila, Ms Meera Sethi and Ms Roshini. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Ms Samita Sethi, Director, School, Education, while the Guest of Honors were Shri G S Salathia, Senior Advocate, Shri D S Chauhan, Advocate & Scholar.
The Principal of the School, Ms Ruchi Chabra, praised the efforts made by the student and encouraged him to participate in such events in future as well.
