DPS, JAMMU WON 7 GOLD AND 2 SILVER MEDALS IN STATE LEVEL SWIMMING COMPETITION

Delhi Public School won 7 Gold and 2 Silver medals in the State Level Swimming Competition held at Heritage Public School, Jammu on 15th & 16th November,2016. The competition was organized in two age groups.
In U/19 Category, Sidhant Sharma -XII B won 2 Gold medals in 50 mtr Butterfly stroke & 100 mtr Free Style and Sukhwmit Kaur - XI D won two Gold medals in 50 mtr Butterfly stroke & 100 mtr Free Style. While in U/14 category, Divyan Sharma of VII-I won two Gold medals in 200 mts & 400 mts Free Style & Devansh Bhalla of VIII-B won a Gold medal in 200 mts Back Stroke and two Silver medals in 50 mts and 100 mts freestyle .
Principal, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners, their parents and the coaches Mr. Ravinder Deonia and Ms. Damini Jamwal. Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta also congratulated the winners and appreciated the efforts of coaches.
Hon’ble President RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S S Sodhi also conveyed their best wishes to all the winners for their bright future.
