DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL JAMMU REACHES NATIONALS

Four students from Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school with their selection & participation in National level sports events in Athletics and Yoga. Adhav Sharma – VIII B (Under 14) & Aditi Aryan – X E (Under 17) participated in School National Games from 6.2.2017 to 9.2.2017 held at Pune (Maharashtra) and 20.2.2017 to 23.2.2017 at Vadodra (Gujarat). Earlier Aditi won 2 Gold medals and Adhav won Silver medal in state level. Shubhdeep Lotra – VI G participated in 62nd National School Games 2016-17 in Yoga (Under 14) at NCT of Delhi, Delhi from 2.1.2017 to 9.1.2017. While Iva Bharti-V B got selected for National Yoga Sports Championship held at Jharkhand from 12.11.2016 to 16.11.2016. Earlier, she had also won First Position in State level Yoga Championship.

Principal, Delhi Public School Jammu Ms. Ruchi Chabra, applauded the hard work and achievement of the participants and blessed them for their upcoming events. Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta also expressed her appreciation.

Hon’ble President RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director Sh. S S Sodhi Ji also conveyed their best wishes to all the students and their parents on this accomplishment.
