DPS Jammu paid rich tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh , Raj Guru and Sukhdev on 'Shahidi Diwas'.

Delhi Public School Jammu paid rich tributes to the great freedom fighters of India- Shaheed Bhagat Singh ,Raj Guru and Sukhdev who were hanged to death on 23.03.1931 at a very young age by the Brishters.
The death anniversary of these great Indian Freedom fighters, also observed as 'Martyrs Day', was observed by the Management, Principal & Staff of the school by observing two minutes silence in their honour.
Shaheed Bahgat Singh, Raj Guru and Sukhdev were the members of 'Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA)'. They led many freedom movements and struggled a lot to get the freedom from the British rule. The slogans like 'Inqlab Zindabad' given by them were also recalled on the occasion by the staff of the school.
Sh.M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji Hon’ble President Rajput Charitable Trust J&K, Jammu & Member Legislative Council, Kunwarni Ritu Singh Ji, Hon'ble Pro-Vice Chairperson of the school and, Sh. S.S. Sodhi Ji, Hon'ble Director Delhi Public School Jammu also paid rich tributes to all the three great freedom fighters and expressed hope that the memories of these great revolutionary freedom fighters will continue to inspire the youth of modern India.
