DPS JAMMU STUDENTS SHINE IN NATIONAL LEVEL ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION

Saujanya Raj, a student of class VIII-A of Delhi Public School, Jammu, brought laurels to the school by winning 3rd prize of Rs. 15000 in 2nd National Essay Competition under Jal Kranti Abhiyan organized by Central Water Board, NWHR, Jammu.
The essay competition was divided into three phases. After the first phase, candidates were shortlisted to appear in the second phase of on the spot round on the topic "When We Conserve Water, We Conserve Life". Saujanya , having obtained first position in this round, got selected along with other 10 students from all over J&K to appear in the final National Level round.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra applauded the student and felicitated her with appreciation certificate. She also congratulated her proud parents for this accomplishment. Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta too expressed her admiration for the achiever.
President RCT, Ajatshatru Singh, PVC, Ritu Singh and Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi also conveyed their best wishes to Saujanya Raj and her parents. They also wished for her bright future.
