DPS Jammu won 49 medals in kickboxing competition

Delhi Public School Jammu participated in 3rd Open Jammu district kickboxing championship 2017 (Recognised by J & K Olympic association and school games federation of India) organised by kickboxing association of J & K from 5th to 6th may 2017 held at M.A Stadium, Jammu. 64 students participated and brought laurels for School by winning 49 medals. The details of the medal winners are as follows:-
Gold medal:-
Gurpreet Singh (V-H), Shreya Balgotra (VII-G), Mohd. Tehmur (IX-C), Amar Sethi (IX-C), Ambika Gandotra (X-J), Aqsa Malik (VIII-G), Sahna Sheikh (VIII-G), Akshat Gupta (XI-G), Garima Bhat-(V-E), Vasu Gupta (VII-D), Aman Bargotra (IX-C).
Silver medals:-
Tehzeeb Javed (VII-G), Amodhini Gupta (X-J), Mishthi Aggarwal (V-B), Vishesh Bhandari (X-E), Samrath Singh (V-H), Aditya Bargotra (VII-D), Abhiuday Mahajan (V-K), Parmatam Dev Singh (IX-I).

Principal DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners and coach Mr. Sunil Dev upon their achievement and wished them luck for the future endeavours. Headmistress Ms. Meenu Gupta also applauded the winners.
