DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL JAMMU WON MEDALS IN INTER SCHOOL FENCING COMPETITION

DPS Jammu brought laurels for the school by winning two Gold Medals, four Bronze Medals in Inter School Fencing Competition held at M.A Stadium, Jammu from 1stAug. 2017 to 4thAug. 2017, organised by District Youth Sports and Services, Jammu, J&K. The Medal tally is as follows:-
Epee event
▷ Gold Medal
• Raghi Verma (VII-G), Under -14 Girls and Saksham Gupta (XI-G), Under-19 Boys Category.


Sabre Event
▷ Bronze Medal
• Sarthak Gupta (VI-D) and Chanakya Sambyal (VII-B), Under-14 Boys Category
Sabre event
▷ Bronze Medal
• Abhijaya Sandhu (IX-E), Under-17 Boys Muskan Soni (XI-E), Under-19 Girls category.



Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated the winners and their coach Ms. Sabita Sharma for the Success. Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta also expressed her appreciation for the winners.
