DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAMMU ORGANIZES ‘HINDI RECITATION COMPETITION’

DPS Jammu organized ‘Hindi Recitation Competition’ for class nursery on 25th Sept. 2017. All children participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. They recited poems on different themes related to environment, patriotism, girl child etc. very confidently.
The first prize was won by Anumodhan Bargotra and Mohisha Gupta of class Nursery-B. Second prize was shared by Parth Sharma and Japleen Kour of class Nursery-B while third prize was bagged by Mamliket Malik of Nursery-B and and Namanveer Singh of Nursery-A. The consolation prizes were given to Syed Hansa and Amaya Vaid. The competition was adjudged by Ms. Ritu Vir.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated and appreciated the winners. She expressed the need of giving more opportunities for exposure to the tiny tots.
Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta stated that such competitions offer an opportunity to develop competitive spirit in the students and help them to learn with fun. Ms. Preeti Abrol, Co-ordinator, Pre-Primary Wing was also present on the occasion.
Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji also conveyed their best wishes to winners and their parents.
