BRILLIANT PERFORMANCE SHOWN BY DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAMMU IN JUDO COMPETITION

Aryan Gupta (XI-J) and Arnav Gupta (VIII-J) of DPS Jammu brought laurels to the school by winning Gold and Silver medals in under-19 & 14 categories, respectively in an Inter Divisional Judo Competition held at M.A Stadium, Jammu from 21st Sept. to 22nd Sept. 2017 organized by District Youth Sports and Services, J&K.
Further, Aryan Gupta had also been selected for school national to be held in November, 2017 at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh while Arnav Gupta is selected for Sub-Junior nationals to be held from 30th Sept. to 4th Oct. 2017 at Warangal, Hyderabad.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated both the winners. Headmistress, Ms. Mennu Gupta also appreciated their performance.
Hon’ble, President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji also conveyed their best wishes to the winners and their parents.
