A workshop on the title "Be a star" for the school children of DPS Jammu, Nagbani & Katra was organised at Hari Niwas Palace, Jammu

DPS, Jammu in collaboration with DPS Nagbani and DPS Karta organized a workshop on the title "Be a star" for the school children which was conducted by Ms. Neeta Singhal and members of her team comprising of Ms. Asha Panchal, Ms. Neena Nanata, Ms. Aparna Kaul, Ms. Rajeshwari Metha, Ms. Shefali Shah, Mr. Piyush Shah & Mr. Jesal Shah, who all are from Mumbai.

Earlier, lighting of the lamp was done by the VIPs and dignitaries present on the occasion. This was followed by "Sarswati Vandana" performed by the students of the above said schools which was applauded and appreciated by all the audience present on the occasion.
The above said two days workshop was inaugurated by Kunwrani Ritu Singh Pro-Vice Chairperson – DPS Jammu, Trustee - DPS Nagbani and Katra who was the Chief Guest on the occasion, while Sh. Maharaja Kumar Ajatshatru Singh, Honb’le Member Legislative Council – J&K Govt., President Rajput Charitable Trust & Chairman/Trustee- Maharaja Hari Singh Social & Education Foundation & Pro-vice Chairperson DPS, Nagbani and Sh. S. S. Sodhi, Honb’le Pro- Vice Chairperson DPS Katra & Director- DPS Jammu & Nagbani were the Guests of Honour.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Singhal highlighted her experience about the pleasure of meditation to attain peace and bliss within. She along with her team

also motivated the students to shun their laziness with different relaxation techniques and guided them on how to become a star using various techniques like hard work, self confidence, power, love and respect for each other and be independent. Around 1600 students from classes 3rd to 7th of these schools participated with full zeal and enthusiasm during the session.
It was really an eye opener workshop for the children which was conceptualized and initiated by Kunwrani Ritu Singh, who is a visionary leader, Guide, Mentor and always enlightens everyone for the overall personality development of the children for their proper growth and betterment. Everyone always feel proud to work under her able guidance and support from minute to minute and the result is always clearly visible like today that the students of these schools are shining in different fields like IAS, KAS, Army, Doctors, Engineers, CA’S and various organizations in every nook and corner of the world.
Neeta Singhal, the resource person of this workshop, spiritual healer by profession, has a rich experience in the realm of Chakra healing, Yog and Rudraksha Ratna Therapy. She founded Chakra Yog in the year 2012 to disseminate Chakra Science and Chakra Healing through Rudraksha Ratna Science Therapy (RRST), a technique patented by her. Chakra Science empowers to use the fundamental laws of life to our advantage, using the lessons of the Chakras, the energy centres in the human body. She also conducts workshops and seminars across the world to popularize Chakra science.
Her counselling sessions helped the students & faculty members to achieve positive outcome in their personal and professional lives. Asha Panchal is a gifted artist and entrepreneur who was deeply interested in spirituality and healing. Aparna Kaul is an educator and trained counsellor and NLP practitioner. Neena Nanata is an entrepreneur and worked with different schools holding workshops for the children. Rajeshwari Mehta is VP in corporate industry and has keen interest in spirituality and healing.
