DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAMMU ORGANIZES “CLASSIFICATION OF GARBAGE” ACTIVITY FOR THE STUDENTS OF PRE-PRIMARY WING

DPS Jammu organized “Classification of Garbage” activity for the students of Pre-Primary wing under British Counsil ISA Action Plan “Unearth the lost green earth.” The students were told the importance of putting the garbage in proper dustbins. They learned that certain garbage can be reused, recycled and are biodegradable. They need to ban use of polythene, plastic goods and foil was impressed upon them. The children were urged to produce less garbage by using materials that can be reused like stainless steel lunch boxes, spoons, cloth napkins, etc.
