DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAMMU WINS MEDALS IN INTER-DPS NATIONAL SHOOTING CHAMPIONSHIP FOR BOYS

To popularize Shooting as a Sport and encourage young shooters across DPS Schools, the Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi organized Inter-DPS National Shooting Championship-2018 for Boys in Open category. Delhi Public School, Jammu too participated in the competition and brought laurels by winning 3rd position in the 10 m. Air Pistol event which was held at DPS Nacharam, Telangana from 23-24 July, 2018. The details of the winners are as follows:
Shreyas Mohan (X-I)
Antas Prakash Singh (X-B)
Divyansh Singh Charak (X-K)

The students were awarded bronze medals, certificates and the winner’s trophy for the above event.

Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated the winners and their coach Mr. Jagdish Singh for the splendid achievement and encouraged them to work for raising their benchmark higher.

Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji extended their best wishes to the winners and their parents.
