DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAMMU CELEBRATES GRANDPARENTS DAY

To sensitize the children towards their grandparents’ need for love, respect and care, DPS Jammu celebrated Grandparents Day.
Children in Prep wing created a collage on the soft board with the pictures of their grandparents. They also decorated thermocoal plates with lovely red heart and the pictures along with their grandparents in the centre. A scrap book activity was also organized for them by the teachers.
Later in the day, all children took pledge to always love respect and help their grandparents. They also expressed about their feelings for their grandparents in writing.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra appreciated the activity and lauded the efforts of the staff and students.
Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta also congratulated them.
Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji conveyed their best wishes to everyone on the occasion on Grandparents Day.
