RIYA SHARMA OF DPS JAMMU EXCELS IN KHELO INDIA DISTRICT LEVEL LAWN TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP

Riya Sharma (IX), a student of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school and her parents by winning bronze medal and a trophy in U-17 girls category (individual) in District Level Lawn Tennis Championship under the banner of Khelo India organized by J&K State Sports Council held at M.A Stadium, Jammu from 15-16 Oct. 2018.
Further, she has also been selected for state level championship to be held in November, 2018.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated Riya and her coach, Mr. Amar Jyoti for the achievement.
Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji extended their best wishes to Riya and her parents.
