DPS JAMMU WIN MEDALS IN INTER-SCHOOL DISTRICT LEVEL TOURNAMENT

Students of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning gold and silver medals in U-14 & U-17 (Boys & girls category) in Inter-School District level Badminton and Table Tennis Tournament organized by Youth Services & Sports (boys & girls) to be held at M.A Stadium, Jammu from 22.04.2019 to 25.04.2019. In the final of Badminton Championship, DPS Jammu beat Carmel Convent School by 2-0 and won the Competition. The students who won medals are:-
Silver medals in U-14 boys category
Udayan Sharma (VI-D), Jaskaran Singh Malhotra (VII-J), Divyansh Sharma (VI-E), Sparsh Katoch (VIII-B)
Gold medals in U-14 girls category
Krishika Mahajan (VIII-F), Shambhavi Kher (VI-K), Shreya Gupta (VI-B), Anshima Mahajan (VI-B), Prabneet Kaur (VIII-F)
Silver medals in U-17 girls category
Charvi Arora (X-C), Ananya Anand (X-G), Khushi Soni (X-C), Arshdeep Tyagi (IX-A), Ritika Rana (IX-G)
In Table Tennis U-14 Girls DPS Jammu beat Presentation Convent by 3-0 and won the finals. The students who won medals are:-
Mishti Aggarwal (VII-C), Ruhani (VII-D), Iknoor Kour (VIII-K), Ragini Gupta (VI-A)
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners and their coach Ms. Preeti Gupta and Ms. Meenu Ragesh for the achievement. Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta also applauded the entire team.
