DPS JAMMU ORGANIZES HINDI RECITATION COMPETITION FOR PRE-NURSERY CLASS

To enhance the vocal talent of the students and to instill love for poetry among them, Delhi public School, Jammu organized Hindi Recitation Competition for the students of class Pre-Nursery. The students participated in the competition with great enthusiasm and zeal. They chose a variety of topics such as “Mera Basta”, “Barsaat”, “Kale Kale Badal Aaaye”, “Chidiya Rani”, “Tota”. The competition was adjudged by Ms. Monica Sharma.
The first prize was bagged by Hareen Kour and Dhairya Sawhney while Yug Mathur & Aashrita Gupta stood second. The third place went to Mehak Sharma & Shivaay. Consolation prize was given to Ratiesh Gupta.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated the winners and participants for their brilliant performances. She also appreciated the efforts of the teachers. Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta also lauded them.
Also present on the occasion was Coordinator, Pre-Primary Wing, Ms. Preeti Abrol.
Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji extended their best wishes to the winners and their parents.
