Dr. Kuwarani Ritu Singh hosted a soulful experience at the iconic Hari Niwas Palace, set against the mystical background of the Trikuta Hills, encompassing Mata Vaishno Devi, Surya Dev, and Surya Putri Ma Tawi. The event took place on Sunday, June 18th,
The event sought to honour and rejuvenate the doctors and medical faculty and pay a heartfelt tribute to them who tirelessly dedicate themselves to the well-being of others. The session. Started with pious renditions of prayers chanted by priests traditionally dressed invoking the blessings of the shiva and Shakti forces lending an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity followed by a motivational talk by Dr Kuwrani Ritu singh laying emphasis to one's inner health and engineering . She delivered a heartfelt welcome address to all the guests and expressed her deep appreciation for the doctors as well as the students from the nursing institutes for their presence and participation in YogaStotra. Dr. Singh also emphasised on the importance of self-care and the Mind, Body, and Soul connection in maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. Renowned national and international Ayush certified practitioner and fitness yogini Pavit Kaur held the audience spellbound as she conducted the Abhyas of step by step breath
work . Alom vilom , stretching, surya namaskar chakra stimulation Shvas Asan etc.
By blending ancient Sanskrit chants with calming yoga practices, she helped attendees harmonise their thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being. The picturesque lawns of Hari Niwas Palace provided the perfect backdrop for this spiritual gathering, creating an ambiance conducive to introspection and tranquillity.
A motivational and inspirational moderation conducted by Para rower Kritika Khanna steered the session, facilitating interactions and fostering an atmosphere of collective growth. Her expertise in guiding meaningful discussions encouraged participants to reflect
on the significance of the Mind, Body, and Soul connection.
Yogastotra was open to individuals of all backgrounds and levels of experience. Whether attendees were avid practitioners or new to the world of yoga and meditation, this event promised to be a transformative and enriching experience for all. Doctors from AIIMS
