KYRA OF DPS JAMMU ADJUDGED AS BEST PERFORMER OF THE EVENT

Kyra Thakyal (Prep-C), a child prodigy from Delhi Public School Jammu has been adjudged as a “Best Performer” in Taekwondo Demonstration event held on Tuesday, 15th August, 2023 at Maharaja Hari Singh Park, Jammu. The event was organized on the occasion of 77th Independence Day. She was also felicitated with a memento and cash prize worth Rs. 1000/-.
Earlier, she had also bagged gold and silver medal in U-15 kg weight group in sub-junior girls category in 1st Open National Taekwondo Championship-2023 and also won gold medal in 3rd National Taekwondo Championship and silver medal in 2nd Indo-Nepal International Taekwondo Championship-2023.
The esteemed management of DPS Jammu including Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Dr. Kuwarani Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji along with Principal, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated Kyra and extended their best wishes for all her future endeavours.
Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta too lauded her.
