ABHIJEET DOGRA OF DPS JAMMU EXCELS IN CBSE NORTH ZONE II JUDO COMPETITION

Abhijeet Dogra (XII), a student of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and his parents by securing bronze medal in U-19 age category and 60 kg. weight category in CBSE North Zone-II Judo Competition organized by CBSE held at Hissar, Haryana from 13-15 October, 2023. Around 1060 players from 120 different schools from four states including J&K, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana took part in the competition. The other students from DPS Jammu who participated in the event are:
• Manvi Sharma (X)-U-17, 72 kg.
• Niharika Sharma (IX)-U-15, 48 kg.
• Abhiraj Sharma (VII)-U-14, 35 kg.
The esteemed Management DPS Jammu-Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, distinguished PVC-Dr. Kuwarani Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji along with Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated the winners, participants and parents for their support. They also extended their best wishes to them for all their future endeavours.
