DPS JAMMU STUDENTS BAG GOLD MEDALS IN U.T LEVEL PENCAK SILAT CHAMPIONSHIP

The students of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning gold medal in 8th U.T Pencak Silat Championship organized by Pencak Silat Association of Jammu and Kashmir held from 23-25 September, 2023 at Sher-i-Kashmir hall. The details of the winners are as under:-
• Rigved (IX-G) – Gold medal
• Mahika Sharma (IX-G) – Gold medal
• Kriti Badyal (VII-F) – Gold medal
• Yatharth (IV-C) - Gold medal
• Chirayu Kharyal (V-K) – Bronze medal
• Shashwat Badyal (II-C) – Bronze medal
Further, all the gold medal winners have also been selected for national level Pencak Silat Championship to be held in the month of November, 2023.
The esteemed Management DPS Jammu-Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, distinguished PVC-Dr. Kuwarani Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji along with Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners, their parents and coach, Mr. Suresh Kumar for their achievement. They also extended their best wishes to them for all their future endeavours.
