AASHUUTOSH MAHAJAN OF DPS JAMMU AWARDED AS THE BEST BATSMAN IN U-19 CRICKET TOURNAMENT

Jammu Boys Cricket team won Inter-District Division Level U-19 Cricket Tournament under the Captaincy of Aashuutosh Mahajan (XI-G), a young cricketer and Sports Captain from Delhi Public School Jammu. He was also awarded the title of “Best Batsman” in the event. The Cricket tournament was organized by District Youth Services and Sports held at Khelgaon, Nagrota on 31st October, 2023. In the final match, Jammu Cricket team won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 150 runs. Aashuutosh made highest 46 runs in 32 balls. He has also received a glittering trophy and merit cum participation certificate. Further, he has also been selected for the U.T level Cricket Tournament.
The esteemed Management DPS Jammu-Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, distinguished PVC-Dr. Kuwarani Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji along with Principal-Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated Aashuutosh and his parents and coach, Mr. Sudesh Manhas for their splendid performance in the event. They also extended their best wishes to him for all his future endeavours.
