DPS JAMMU ORGANISES INTER-HOUSE QUIZ COMPETITION

Delhi Public School Jammu organized Inter-House Quiz Competition that covered the intriguing subjects of Astrophysics, Sports, and Current Affairs. The competition brought together all five houses namely Chenab, Ganga, Jhelum, Tawi & Yamuna as teams, eager to showcase their expertise and battle it out in four stimulating rounds such as Word of Knowledge, Audio Visual, Rapid Fire and Double Trouble. The Quiz Competition not only celebrated knowledge but also built a vibrant community of learners.
The cosmic journey began with the first round dedicated to Astrophysics. The round showcased the participants' fascination with the cosmos. The first round consisted of 10 questions and there was no negative marking in this round. The second round was the Audio Visual Round and tested the participants' knowledge through audio and visual cues.
The winners of the quiz competition were announced as follows: First position was bagged by Aarush Gandotra (XI-A) and Jeetansh (IX-K) from Ganga House, Aaida (IX-J) and Gurtej Singh (XI- B) from Yamuna House stood second while Radha Raman Sharma (XI-A) and Parikansh Rakwal (XI-A) from Chenab House placed at third position.
The winners had also received mementoes and certificates in recognition of their exceptional performance.
Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra expressed heartfelt appreciation for all participants, in- charge, teachers and Eureka Physics Club members who contributed to the success of this memorable event.
The esteemed Management DPS Jammu-Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, distinguished PVC-Dr. Kuwarani Ritu Singh and Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji congratulated the winners and participants and also extended their best wishes to all for their future endeavours.
