HIMANI GUPTA & MANAV GUPTA OF DPS JAMMU SHINE IN 37TH NATIONAL GAMES OF INDIA

Himani Gupta (XI-G), a student of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school, J&K UT and her parents by winning silver medal & securing 189.60 points in Rhythmic Gymnastics Team Championship category in 37th National Games of India.
While Manav Gupta (Batch 2019-20), alumni of DPS Jammu also won silver medal in Aerobic Group in the same event. Manav had also represented the Indian Squad for Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup at Romania from 13-15 October, 2023 in Senior Category.
The National Games of India was organized by (IOA) Olympic Association of India held from 23-28 October, 2023 at Goa. Gymnasts from 28 states, 8 Union Territories and Services Sports Control Board (SSCB) from India participated in this prestigious event.
The esteemed Management DPS Jammu-Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, distinguished PVC, Dr. Kuwarani Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji along with Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra and faculty congratulated Himani, Manav and their proud parents for the achievements. They also extended their best wishes to them for all their future endeavours.
