VIDHAAN MAHAJAN OF DPS JAMMU CLINCHES 1ST PRIZE IN INTERNATIONAL UCMAS MENTAL ARITHMETIC PROFICIENCY EXAMINATION

Vidhaan Mahajan (VI-H), a student of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and his parents by clinching 1st prize and clearing the International Standard of UCMAS Mental Arithmetic Proficiency Examination held on 17th December, 2022, for which the results were declared recently. He passed the examination with Grade 5 & 6 (Distinction) and Grade 4 (Credit). UCMAS is a child development program based on Visual Arithmetic and Abacus that boosts brainpower in children aged 4-13 years. Along with strengthening math skills, the UCMAS approach promotes whole brain development and establishes foundational building blocks like memory, concentration, creativity and problem solving–core skills that inspire greater confidence and success in all subject areas and in life. Further, Vidhaan had also successfully completed all the 8 levels of UCMAS & pre-requisite Grading Exams. He had also felicitated with a Certificate of Graduation.
The esteemed Management DPS Jammu, Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, distinguished PVC-Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji along wih Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra and staff congratulated Vidhaan and his parents for his brilliant achievement.
