DPS JAMMU STUDENTS SHINE IN KIDS ATHLETIC EVENT

The students of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and parents by bringing gold, silver and bronze medals in Kid Athletic Event organized by Jammu & Kashmir Athletic Association held at M.A Stadium, Jammu on 7th May, 2024. The event was organized on the occasion of World Athletics Day. The detail of the winners are as follows:
• Ishaanveer Singh (III-F) – Gold medal & 1st position in 40 mts.
• Shivesh Sharma (IV-E) – Silver medal and 2nd position in 40 mts.
• Jaiveer Singh (VII-C) – Silver medal and 2nd position in 80 mts.
• Ananmay Sharma (VIII-A) – Bronze medal and 3rd position in 80 mts.
Jaiveer Singh and Ishaanveer Singh also won special appreciation trophy in Gatka organized by Jarnail Hari Singh Nalua Gatka Akhada Jammu.
The management of DPS Jammu under the esteemed leadership of Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Distinguished PVC-Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S. Sodhi Ji along with Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra and staff congratulated all the winners and their parents for the achievement. Further, they also extended their best wishes to them for all their future endeavours.
