Delhi Public School Jammu Celebrates Mother's Day with a Heart-warming Special Assembly

Delhi Public School Jammu celebrated Mother’s Day on 11 May, 2024 with a special assembly dedicated to celebrating the unparalleled love and sacrifices of mothers. The event, compered by Prasann Sharma and Diva Anand of class XII, featured an emotional journey through various performances and speeches, showcasing the profound bond between mothers and their children.
The assembly kicked off with a soul-stirring group song performed by the Middle Wing students, composed by Mr. Joy. Following this, Shrawani and Vishudh of Class 12 delivered heartfelt dialogues on the significance of Mother's Day, touching upon the unique roles mothers play in shaping their children's lives.
Adding to the emotional ambience, a compelling script plays directed by Ms. Shaheen Fatima and Ms. Shalini Pradhan unfolded, depicting the timeless love and sacrifices of mothers. The Primary Wing students then graced the stage with a touching dance performance, choreographed by Ms. SheetalChalotra and Ms. RituDogra, further exemplifying the depth of maternal affection.
In a special segment, achievers in sports were felicitated, highlighting the dedication and support of mothers in nurturing their children's talents and aspirations.
The assembly culminated with inspiring addresses from the esteemed leaders of Delhi Public School Jammu. Principal Mam, Headmistress Mam, and Headmaster Sir shared their thoughts on the invaluable role of mothers in society and extended their heartfelt wishes to all the mothers in the world.
The management of DPS Jammu under the esteemed leadership of Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K. Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Distinguished PVC-Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S.
