DPS Jammu Celebrates the Exceptional Achievement of Alumni in Chartered Accountancy

Delhi Public School, Jammu, proudly announces the outstanding success of its alumni, CA Maarib Khan and CA Nandan Gupta, both from the 2017-18 batch, who have successfully cleared the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Final Examination in their first attempt. This prestigious and rigorous milestone in the field of finance and accounting highlights their dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence.

CA Nandan Gupta distinguished himself by securing an All India Rank of 34, while CA Maarib Khan earned exemptions in his course for showing his proficiency in Corporate Laws,
Strategic Financial Management,Direct & Indirect Taxation and Integrated Business Solutions.
In recognition of their exceptional accomplishments, DPS Jammu held a special felicitation ceremony to honor these exemplary students for their commitment to excellence and bringing glory to their parents and school.

Throughout their school years, both Maarib Khan and Nandan Gupta consistently excelled in academics and co-curricular activities. Maarib, who represented Jammu and Kashmir in national-level basketball tournaments, won numerous accolades, including inter-school debate competitions. He also served as a House Captain in the school council and demonstrated his academic prowess by achieving a perfect 10 CGPA in Class X and an impressive 95% in Class XII.

Similarly, Nandan Gupta represented the school in cricket, debates, and various other co-curricular activities. He, too, secured a perfect 10 CGPA in Class X and earned an admirable 94.6% in Class XII.

Expressing his gratitude to the school, CA Maarib Khan said, "I thank DPS Jammu for providing me with an excellent academic and co-curricular foundation that has helped me excel in life." CA Nandan Gupta added, "I cannot thank my teachers enough for their positive motivation throughout my school years, which has stood me in good stead."

Hon’ble PVC, DPS Jammu Dr. Kuwarani Singh Ji said that, “These accomplishments are a reflection of DPS Jammu's commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who excel in both academics and extracurricular pursuits. The success of these alumni not only marks a significant personal achievement but also brings immense pride and recognition to DPS Jammu.”

Principal Ms. Ruchi Chabra felicitated both the alumni for their immense hard work and determination, and also commended the support of their parents and teachers. She stated, "Clearing the CA Final Exam is no small feat. It requires not only academic excellence but also unwavering commitment and resilience. We are extremely proud of Nandan & Maarib who have demonstrated these qualities in abundance. Their success will surely be a great inspiration to their juniors in the school.” She also congratulated the entire Commerce Faculty, with special recognition to Ms. Neeraj Kaila, for the resounding success of her students.
