DPS JAMMU STUDENTS SHINE IN PANCAK SILAT & TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP

Students of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning gold medals in District Jammu Pencak Silat Championship organized by J&K Pencak Silat Association held at Bhagwati Nagar Indoor Stadium, Jammu from 30-31 August, 2024. Further, all the students are also selected for the state championship to be held later at Srinagar. The details of the winners are as under:
• Mahika Sharma (X-G) – 1 gold & 1 silver medal
• Rigved (X-G) – Gold medal
• Kriti Badyal (VIII-E) – Gold medal
• Raizel (VI-C) – Gold medal
• Shashwat Badyal (III-C) – Gold medal
Whereas, Ayaan Mahajan (X-K) got 1st position in Inter-Divisional District level Taekwondo Tournament held on 22nd August, 2024 and he has also been selected for the state level championship to be held later.
The esteemed management DPS Jammu, Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K. Ajatshatru Singh Ji, distinguished PVC-Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S. Sodhi Ji along with Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra and staff congratulated all the winners, their parents and coach, Mr. Suresh Kumar for their achievement. They also extended their best wishes to them for all their future endeavours.
