DPS JAMMU STUDENTS WIN GOLD MEDALS IN NATIONAL PANCAK SILAT CHAMPIONSHIP

Students of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning gold and silver medals in 12th Pre Teen, Sub Junior & Junior National Pencak Silat Championship organized by Jammu and Kashmir Pencak Silat Association held from 16-18 November, 2024. The details of the winners are:-
• Mahika Sharma (X-G) – Gold medal in 43-47 kg weight category.
• Reet Gupta (VII-B) – Silver medal in 72 kg weight category.
Additionally in 2nd All India Pencak Silat Championship, Mahika Sharma won gold medal in 43-47 weight category while Rigved (X-G) also clinched silver medal in 68-71 kg weight category. The said championship was held in Srinagar from 19-21 November, 2024.
The esteemed management of DPS Jammu, Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Distinguished PVC-Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji along with Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra and staff congratulated the winner and their parents. They also extended their best wishes to them for all their future endeavours.
