KYRA THAKYAL OF DPS JAMMU WINS GOLD MEDAL IN 4TH INDO-NEPAL INTERNATIONAL TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP

In a radiant display of sports skills, Kyra Thakyal (Prep-C), a child prodigy of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the institution and her parents by winning 1 Gold and 1 Silver medal in 4th Indo-Nepal International Taekwondo Championship organized by NEGI Taekwon-Do Association held at Chandigarh from 11-12 January, 2025. Kyra won Gold in Poomsae event and Silver in Fight event (kyorugi) in 18Kg Weight and Under 8 year Cetegory.

The esteemed management of DPS Jammu under the leadership of Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Distinguished PVC-Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director-Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji along with Principal-DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra and staff congratulated Kyra and her parents for the brilliant achievement. They also extended their best wishes to her for all her future competitions.
