DPS Jammu students brought laurels to the school in Painting Competition

In connection with World Environment Day, 92.7 Big FM organized Inter School Painting Competition on the theme ‘Pani Bachao, Life Banao’. The participating students were divided into two categories viz Junior and Senior from the age group 5 to 8 and 9 to 16 years respectively. It was an attempt to get this competition entered into ‘LIMCA Book of Records’ by making them paint on the same theme at the same time across 45 cities of India where 92.7 Big FM stations are located.
Prathamansh Sharma of class IV student of DPS Jammu won Ist prize in Junior group whereas Seerat Gupta of class VIII and Vanshee Koul of class X of DPS Jammu won Ist and IInd prize in Senior group respectively.
Headmistresses Ms. Ruchi Chabra, Delhi Public School, Jammu and Ms. Meenu Gupta (upto Middle School) congratulated the winners for bringing laurels to the school and their parents.
Dr. (Mrs.) D. Joseph, Additional Director / Principal Delhi Public School Jammu conveyed her congratulations to the students for their brilliant performance / achievements and also blessed them for their bright future.
