PANKHURI MALHOTRA OF DPS JAMMU EXCELS AT NATIONAL LEVEL DANCE COMPETITION

Pankhuri Malhotra (VII-D), a talented dance prodigy from Delhi Public School Jammu, brought laurels to the school and her parents by securing the 3rd Prize in the national-level dance competition “Dance Ka Junoon.” The event was organized by PB46 Bhangra Academy on 7th September 2025 and held at Gandhi Ground Auditorium, Amritsar.
Competing against 150–200 participants from across the country, Pankhuri stood out with her exceptional performance, earning not only the Third Position but also the title of “Performance of the Day.”
The competition showcased Freestyle performances across various categories, including Western Dance, Classical, Semi-Classical, Folk, Gidda, and Punjabi Dance.
Pankhuri has consistently demonstrated her passion and dedication to dance, having previously performed at international, state, and regional level competitions.
The esteemed management of DPS Jammu, under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K. Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Distinguished PVC, Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S. Sodhi Ji, along with Principal, Ms. Ruchi Chabra, and the entire faculty, heartily congratulated Pankhuri and her parents on this remarkable achievement. They also extended their best wishes to her for continued success in all her future competitions.
