DPS Jammu Shines at IIM Jammu’s Youth Parliament under Hindi Pakhwada

A team of six talented students from Delhi Public School Jammu participated in the prestigious Youth Parliament organized by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu as part of Abhyuday: Hindi Pakhwada 2025. The event, held on 20–21 September 2025 at IIM Jammu’s Jagti Campus, witnessed enthusiastic participation from leading institutions across the country, including top Delhi University colleges, reputed professional colleges, and senior secondary schools.
Amidst over 200 participants from diverse academic backgrounds, the DPS Jammu team showcased exceptional debating, critical thinking, and oratory skills.
Two students secured the coveted “Honourable Mentions” for their outstanding performances:
• Adaa Mahajan (XII-H)
• Manini Sharma (XII-H)
Other team members — Vaidik Taggar (XII-H), Prikshit Sharma (X-B), and Akshar Basson (XII-H) were also highly applauded for their active participation and sharp interventions during the deliberations.
The team was supported and accompanied by their teacher in-charges, Mr. Deepak Sharma and Mr Rayees Ahmad Khanday.
The recognition of DPS Jammu students at such a vibrant national-level platform highlights not only their individual talent but also the school’s commitment to nurturing leadership, confidence, and civic responsibility among young minds.
