DPS JAMMU WON DISTRICT JUNIOR BILLIARD TITLE

Aman Choudhary-XII A, Delhi Public School, Jammu, won District Level Billiard and Snooker Championship organized by the Jammu & Kashmir Billiard and Snooker Association, held at Billiards Hall, M.A. Stadium on 9th September 2016. He clinched the Junior Billiard Title by defeating Furkam Wani by 3-2 in well contested final with the score-50-47, 40-51, 50-17, 19-52, 50-27. He has also qualified for the State Level Championship which is going to be held in October 2016.
Principal, Ms Ruchi Chabra congratulated and lauded the efforts of the winner and his parents for the triumph. Hon’ble President RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director Mr. S S Sodhi also conveyed their best wishes to the winner for the accomplishment. Mr. Sudesh Manhas, Faculty Sports Dept., escorted the participant for the event.
