DPS JAMMU STUDENTS SHINE AT STATE-LEVEL SPEEDBALL TOURNAMENT

Students of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school and made their parents proud by winning gold, silver, and bronze medals at the 16th State Level Speedball Tournament, organized by the J&K Sports Speedball Association. The tournament was held from 18th to 20th December 2025 at Jeevan Nagar, Jammu.
The medal winners are as follows:
• Gold Medals: Aiza Akhtar (V-H) and Mohd. Basit Malik (III-J)
• Silver Medals: Vanshika Sharma (III-C), Nityara Mahajan (IV-H), Amyara Jain (IV-B), Aavya Bakshi (IV-B), Shivek Gupta (V-J), and Mohd. Uzair (III-J)
• Bronze Medals: Advitiya Kashyap (IV-D) and Shagun Dogra (V-H)
Adding to the school’s pride, Aiza Akhtar and Mohd. Basit Malik have also qualified for the National Level Speedball Tournament, which will be held later.
The esteemed management of DPS Jammu, under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble President-RCT, Sh. M.K. Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Distinguished PVC, Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S. S. Sodhi Ji, along with the Principal, Ms. Ruchi Chabra, and the entire staff, congratulated the winners, their proud parents, and the coach, Ms. Gulmeet Kaur, for their dedicated efforts. They also extended their best wishes to the students for their future endeavours.
