DPS JAMMU WON MEDALS IN INTER SCHOOL SWIMMING COMPETITION

Delhi Public School Jammu won seven Gold medals, four Silver medals and one bronze medal in Inter School swimming competition in Under-14 and Under -17 categories of boys & girls organized by District Youth Sports and Services, J & K held at Heritage School from 2nd to 5th May, 2017. The medal tally is as follows:-

Gold Medal - (B) Divyan Sharma (VIII-I), 100 mt free style, 200 mtr free style and 400 mtr free style
(B) Jitesh Singh (VII-E), 200 mt breast stroke.
(G)Suditi Jamwal (VI-H), 100 mt back stroke & 100 mt free style.
(G) Sehjan Kour (X-A), 200 mt Back stroke
Silver Medal - (B) Yansh Sharma, 200 mt. Breast stoke
Silver Medal -
(B) Divyansh Bhalla (IX-B), 200 mt back stroke
(G) Sehjan Kour (X-A), 100 mt Back stroke
Silver medal - (G) Suditi Jamwal (VI-H), 50 mt back stroke
Bronze medal -
(B) Moksha (IX-F), 100 mts free style
Principal DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra applauded the winners, coaches Mr. Ravinder & Ms. Damini and encouraged them to continue their hard work and achieve more and more success in the both sports and academics. Headmistress Ms. Meenu Gupta also congratulated the entire team.
