DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAMMU EXCELS IN ‘ON THE MUSIC COMPETITION’

Saanvi Anand (V-A) of DPS Jammu got 2nd prize in Junior Group in ‘On the Music Competition’ organised by J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages held on 3rd Aug. 2017 at K.L Sehgal Hall, Jammu. She also bagged 3rd prize in ‘Independence Day’ programme organised by the Department of Information and Public Relations. Earlier she was a participant in ‘Indian Idol Junior’ where she was ranked 4th in Judges round. Apart from a talented singer, Saanvi is also a child theatre artist and has acted in several plays directed by Sh. Balwant Thakur.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated Saanvi for her achievements. Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta also lauded her efforts.
Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji also conveyed their best wishes to the winner and her parents.
