STUDENTS OF DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAMMU WINS MEDALS IN NATIONAL FENCING CHAMPIONSHIP

Aarshin Lakhan (VI-H) and Parth Gupta (VIII-J) of DPS Jammu won bronze and silver medals, respectively in Sub-Junior and Cadet National Fencing Championship organized by J&K Fencing Association held at Delhi Public School, Rairu, Gwalior from 14th October, 2017 to 17th October, 2017.
Earlier, in 16th Jammu District Fencing Championship, Raghi Verma (VII-G) won Gold medal, Saksham Gupta (XI-G) won Bronze medal, Chanakya Sambyal (VII-H) won Gold medal and Mahima of VI-D won Bronze medal. The championship was held at Indoor Complex, M.A Stadium, Jammu organized by District Youth Services and Sports, J&K from 14th October, 2017 to 6th October, 2017.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners and their coach Ms. Sabita Sharma.
Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji also extended their best wishes to the winners and their parents.
