STUDENTS OF DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAMMU WINS GALAXY OF MEDALS IN INTER-HOUSE SWIMMING COMPETITION

DPS Jammu organized Inter-House Swimming Competition on 27th October, 2017 in Under-12 & 14, boys and girls category held in its premises. All the five houses namely, Chenab, Ganga, Jhelum, Tawi and Yamuna took part. Tawi House was declared as the winner with 6 points Jhelum & Yamuna House stood second with 5 points each while third position was bagged by Chenab House with 4 points. The list of the winners are as follows:-
Gold medals:-
Raghav Jamwal (III-A), Mitarth Gupta (V-C), Divyan Sharma (VIII-I), Vansh Sharma (VII-E), Jaitej Singh (VII-E), Anika Desai (III-K), Suditi Jamwal (VI-G).
Silver medals:-
Tejasmay Katoch (III-I), Tejas (V-I), Anshul Desai (VII-C), Vasu Nargotra (VII), Amarjeet Singh (VIII-D), Vansh Sharma (VII-E), Avishi (V-F), Vanya Suri (VII-A).
Bronze medals:-
Tejas (V-I), Hitarth Choudhary (III-B), Dhairya Gupta (IV-K), Vasu Nargotra (VII), Anshul Desai (VII-C), Aradhya (VIII-B), Ayush (VIII-D), Arya Bhalla (III-A), Ishiya (VII-E).
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated the winners and their coaches Mr. Ravinder Deonia, Ms. Damini Jamwal. Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta also applauded them.
Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji conveyed their best wishes to the winners and their parents.
