DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, JAMMU ORGANIZES INTER-SECTION QUIZ COMPETITION FOR CLASS V

Nurturing the belief that nation’s future depends not only upon the well educated but also well-informed students, DPS Jammu organized an Inter-section G.K Quiz for the students of class V on the topic ‘My India, My Pride’.
The event was conducted in two phases. First phase was Inter-Section, wherein from each of the 11 sections top three candidates made into the final round. Total 11 teams comprising three students took part in the quiz. There were Ice breaking, Math Mind, Rapid Fire, Audio and Visual rounds. The quiz was conducted meticulously and in a professional manner by Ms. Randeep Kour and Ms. Sonam Sethi testing all aspects of participant’s knowledge.
The winning team comprised of Aira, Sanskriti and Adha from class V-A while the runners-up team included Himanshu, Aradhaya & Rudrasksh from class V-H. The scorer was Ms. Vidushi Sharma and the event was compared by Ms. Sargam Gandotra.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners for their achievement and teachers for organizing the event.
Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta encouraged all the participants to keep abreast with what is happening around the globe.
Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji & Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji extended their best wishes to the winners and their parents.
