CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION IN PRE-PRIMARY WING

Pre-primary wing celebrated Children’s Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. To start with teacher had talk time in the class where life and ideals of our first Prime minister Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru were discussed. It was his endless love and affection for the children that his birthday is celebrated as Children’s Day. This was followed by Children’s movie ‘Jumbo’ which was thoroughly enjoyed by all the students. It inspired them to be brave and fearless in the face of adversity. Teachers organized various games for the children such as passing the parcel, musical chairs, antakshri and word building. It was a day where hidden talents were discovered when children sang and danced and narrated stories and jokes. Chocolates were also distributed among the students. The fun filled day ended with a class party where students enjoyed their favourite eatables and drinks. It was a day of fun and happiness. Children went back home with huge smiles on their faces.
