DPS JAMMU GIRLS SHINE IN BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIP

Krishika Mahajan (VIII-F) and Shambhavi Rajput (VI-K) of Delhi Public School, Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning All J&K Ranking Badminton Championship 2019-20 organized by J&K Badminton Association held at M.A Stadium, Jammu from 6-9 September, 2019. The results were:-
• Krishika Mahajan (VIII-F) – Women Singles & Doubles (winner)
U-19 Girls Doubles (winner)
U-19 Girls Singles (Runners-up)
Mixed Doubles (Runners-up)
• Shambhavi Rajput (VI-K) – U-19 Girls Doubles (winner)
Further, both the winners have also been selected for North Zone Inter-State Badminton Championship to be held at Panchkula from 26-29 September, 2019.
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated the winners and their coach, Ms. Preeti Gupta for the glorious achievement.
