DPS JAMMU STUDENTS SHINE IN DPS-SMTE NATIONAL FINALS

Students of Delhi Public School Jammu namely, Tejas Singh (IX-H), Drish Mahajan (IX-G) and Basim Chib (IX-G) brought laurels to the school and their parents by scoring meritorious result in DPS-Science and Maths Talent Examination organized by The Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi in collaboration with Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF). The exam was held at DPS Mathura Road, New Delhi on 19th January, 2020. In the first stage of the exam, held on 20th Nov. 2020, around 27,000 students from different DPS schools across the country appeared at the school level out of which only 600 top students qualified. Three students of Class IX of DPS Jammu were also shortlisted for the same and attained appreciable ranks at the DPS-SMTE National Finals held at DPS Mathura Road, New Delhi on 19th January, 2020. Their result is as follows:-
• Tejas Singh (IX-H) – 227th Rank
• Drish Mahajan (IX-G) – 230th Rank
• Basim Chib (IX-G) – 544th Rank
Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated the students and encouraged them to continue their persistent efforts in achieving their goals. She also appreciated the teacher In Charge Dr. Paramjeet Singh.
Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji extended their best wishes to the students and their parents.
