DPS JAMMU CELEBRATES 75th INDEPENDENCE DAY

Independence Day holds a special place in the hearts of all the Indians. Every year Delhi Public School, Jammu celebrates it with great enthusiasm. This year too, it was celebrated with the same enthusiasm but also with great responsibility as the present time requires. The function began with hoisting of the national flag by the Chief Guest Ms Priya Sethi, Former Minister UT of Jammu and Kashmir. Ms Priya Sethi extended warm greetings to all on the eve of Independence Day. She paid rich tributes to the great freedom fighters and patriots. She urged all the citizen to give their best in making our nation great.
Ms. Meenu Gupta Headmistress, DPS Jammu, congratulated everyone on the occasion of Independence Day, she urged all to understand the true value and meaning of freedom and not to forget the sacrifices of National heroes. Mr. R.C. Gupta (Chief Account Officer), Mr. Umesh Kumar Sharma (Dy. Headmaster/Chief Coordinator), (Sh. M.L. Mehra (Adm. Tpt.), Ms. Sanya Malik (Coordinator) and others staff members, and were also present on the occasion.
