DPS JAMMU ORGANIZES FANCY DRESS COMPETITION FOR NURSERY CLASS

To promote and showcase the talents and creativity of Tiny Tots, Delhi Public School, Jammu organized a fancy dress competition for the students of nursery class. The children actively participated in the competition and came dressed up as famous nationalists of Indian modern history such as Narendra Modi, Chandra Shekhar, Bhagat Singh, Rani Laxmi Bai, Indira Gandhi and Subhash Chandra Bose, etc. and spoke about their characters. The programme was adjudged by Ms. Ritu Kapoor and Ms. Ritu Vir. The first prize was bagged by Jatin Singh Bijral (Nur-B) and Shaurya Luthra (Nur-C). Ananya Sharma (Nur-B) and Maanvi Kumari (Nur-A) stood second while the third prize was shared by Saanvika Mahajan (Nur-B) and Bisman Singh (Nur-C). Principal, DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra congratulated the students and encouraged them to love and respect their country. Headmistress, Ms. Meenu Gupta also appreciated the students. Coordinator, Pre-Primary wing, Ms. Preeti Abrol was also present on the occasion. Hon’ble President, RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Hon’ble PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh Ji and Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji extended their best wishes to the students and staff.
