Rakhi Making Activity organized by Pre Primary Wing (Class Pre- Nursery to Class I)

Festivals are an expressive way to celebrate our glorious heritage,culture and traditions and India being a land of many festivals means more fun and festivity.
Delhi Public School, Jammu takes great pride in celebrating all the festivals with equal enthusiasm as they teach us so many things and bring us together. Rakhi, also called Raksha Bandhan , symbolizes true love and bond between brothers and sisters. The festival was celebrated by children with great fervour.
Students of Class Pre- Nursery to Class 1st participated in Rakhi Making Activity organized virtually by Pre -Primary Wing on 18th August .The Art teacher co-ordinated with students through online mode and inspired the students to make beautiful Rakhis with the material available at home . The activity not just provided a platform to their imagination and creativity but also added happiness and festivity to the occasion.
